HEAVY STRENGTH DAY
PRIMAL POWER SESSION
Heavy lifting, power training, compound movements, and high intensity circuits are medicine for our bodies. This amount of load getting placed on our muscles, tendons, fascia, ligaments, and joints is healing, and assists in pain elimination, increasing resilience & robustness, and enhanced sports performance.
We will teach you how to effectively perform the Deadlift, Squat, Farmers Walks, Medball Throws, Deadball Exercises, Box Jumps (Verticle Jump), Sled Work, Pull Ups, & Pivot Strength Exercises For Advanced Human Optimisation & Sports Performance.
FUNCTIONAL BIOMECHANICS SESSION
Moving well in all 3 planes of motion (sagittal, transverse, & frontal), is an important aspect of enhancing your strength, fitness, and performance. Our functional biomechanics sessions are all about getting strong in all positions and planes of motions. To achieve this we use innovative and cutting edge strength and movements exercises. We incorporate an array of techniques from word class coaches and movement systems.
To move optimally, it is imperative that we use both sides of our body evenly, we are strong in rotation, and our timing and efficiency of movement is dialled in.
We compliment these sessions by finishing off with breath-work and meditation.
BAREFOOT SPRINTS SESSION
The ultimate session of the week. The one we prepare for. This is our Grand Final.
Sprinting is the ultimate expression of being human. Sprinting Barefoot is pure liberation and elation.
As humans, walking, running, and sprinting is in our biological blueprint. It is the ultimate corrective exercise. The loads that are placed on our body whilst moving at top speed horizontally over grass is incredibly healing. These loads can not be replicated in the gym, therefore if you are not sprinting, you're not giving your body the ultimate stimulus to enhance optimisation.
Our sessions work on acceleration, top speed, and speed endurance. Not only will you become quicker than you ever imagined, you'll also become ridiculously aerobically fit. Not to mention the changes in strength, muscle mass, hypertrophy, body metrics, posture, and overall fitness.
Weekly Course Outline:
